Video and audio productions are essential parts of broadcasting, and over the years Media Medics have not only sourced contributors, but developed our own production facilities. Originally several of us worked together at British Medical Television, producing a monthly programme for other doctors. Over the years we have produced other educational programmes such as Talking Medicine and Audio Adviser as well as a daily audio and video blog for a major health related website.

 

Television can be very expensive. We have developed our capabilities completely ‘in house’, and the costs are a fraction of that charged by a production company. When we need more for bigger productions we hire in, but when we don’t we keep the costs to a minimum. Recently we have produced video highlights of selected roundtable meetings, to offer information beyond the few who are able to attend.

 

We can produce cost effective pod and vod casts for use on our website, as well as out clients.
